Welcome to MindfulFlow ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the MindfulFlow mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

MindfulFlow is a productivity and task planning tool designed to help you organize your daily activities. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.

2. User Content

You retain ownership of the tasks, notes, and other content you create within MindfulFlow ("User Content"). However, by using the App, you grant us a limited license to access, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

3. Enhanced & Premium Features (Subscriptions)

MindfulFlow offers optional subscription plans ("Premium") that unlock additional features.

3.1 Payments

Subscriptions are managed and billed by the platform you use (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

3.2 Automatic Renewal

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period through your platform account.

3.3 Cancellations and Refunds

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase. We do not process refunds directly; please contact Apple or Google for refund requests in accordance with their policies.

4. Analytics & Event Tracking

By using MindfulFlow, you consent to the collection of usage data and event tracking (e.g., screen views and feature interactions) through analytics services to improve the App's functionality and user experience.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at any particular time. You use the App at your own risk.

Productivity Disclaimer: MindfulFlow is a tool to assist with organization. We are not responsible for any missed deadlines, lost tasks, or consequences resulting from reliance on the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindfulFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Privacy Policy

MindfulFlow ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

• Account Information: If you create an account, we may collect your email address and authentication credentials (via Firebase Auth).
• User Content: Tasks, notes, schedules, names of habits, and other productivity data you input into the App.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Usage Data & Analytics: We collect data about how you interact with the App using Google Analytics for Firebase. This includes screen views, feature usage (such as task completions and AI plan generation), and session duration to help us improve user experience and app functionality.
• Device Information: We may collect information about your device, including model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
• Purchase History: We store records of your subscription status (e.g., Free vs. Premium) via RevenueCat. We do not store your credit card or payment information directly; this is handled securely by Apple and Google.
• Microphone Usage: We request access to your device's microphone to enable voice command features. Audio data is processed to transcribe your speech into text. We do not store raw audio recordings on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the App's core functionality (e.g., syncing your tasks across devices).
• To manage your subscription and grant access to premium features.
• To improve the App, fix bugs, and develop new features based on usage patterns.
• To communicate with you about updates, support, or promotional offers (only if you opt-in).

3. Third-Party Services

We may share data with trusted third-party service providers to help us operate our App:

• Firebase & Google Analytics: For authentication, database storage, and tracking general application usage and user events.
• RevenueCat: For managing in-app subscriptions and purchase validation. RevenueCat processes anonymous app user IDs to link your purchase to your account.
• Apple & Google: For processing payments and application distribution.

These third parties have access to your data only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the App's settings.

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we verified collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.

7. Your Rights
